Executive summary:

In a 14 day acute contact toxicity study, ground beetles (Poecilus cupreus-Imagines) were exposed to 3-Methylpyrazol administered by contact with soil at an application rate of 1,944 kg/ha soil in accordance with the guideline BBA 23-2.1.8 (1990). Neither mortality nor reduced food consumption were observed.

The acute oral LD50 of 3-Methylpyrazol to honeybees is 500-1000 mg/kg bw.
Executive summary:

In a 24 hr-acute oral toxicity study, honey bees (Apis mellifera L.) were exposed to 3-Methylpyrazol administered in the feed solution (0.1 ml of 1% solution of 3-Methylpyrazol in water) similar to OECD 213. The LD50 value was 50 - 100 µg a.i./bee. 

Wight of one honey bee: approx. 100 mg according to Spürgin: DIe Honigbiene, Ulmer Verlag, 2008

Based on this body weight the LD50 can be estimated with 50 microg per 100 mg bodyweight - 500 mg per kg bodyweight
