In the Encyclopedia of Occupational Health and Safety (3rd edition, 1983) it is said in the section on hydrogen peroxide, p. 1089: "Hydrogen peroxide is not itself flammable but can cause spontaneous combustion of flammable materials and continued support of the combustion because it liberates oxygen as it decomposes."
