According to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, Annex VII, Column 2, this study does not need to be conducted if the substance contains chemical groups associated with explosive properties, which include oxygen, and the calculated oxygen balance is less than -200. As this substance contains oxygen and has an oxygen balance ranging from -290 to -314, this criterion is met and the study requirement is adapted.
