Description of key information

Not readily biodegradable according to OECD criteria (pass level reached but 10-day window failed). Biodegradable.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

A GLP guideline study according to OECD 301B is available for the biodegradation assessment of the test item. Based on the CO2 evolution after a test duration of 28 days a biodegradation of 70-80% was measured. The 10-day window requested by the guideline was not met (BASF SE 22G0642/12G243, 2013). Based on these data, the test substance is considered to be biodegradable.
