The results are illustrated graphically in Figure 3 (Please refer to attached document). It is considered that a plateau was achieved after 48 hours. The reported water solubility value is quoted as the maximum result that was achieved after a plateau had been obtained.
Typical chromatograms for a calibration sample and for a solubility sample are shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, respectively (Please refer to attached document).
The incubation bath was constant at a temperature of 20.1 °C over the test period. - Conclusions:

The determination of water solubility of MEDOL-10 was carried out by the flask method (Covance Laboratories Limited, 20007, Study 2777/001-D2149). The procedure was designed to be compatible with the EC Method A.6, the OECD test guideline 105 and the EPA test guideline OPPS 830.7840, and was conducted in compliance with GLP.
The water solubility of the test item has been determined to be 12.92 g/L at 20.0 °C and pH of 6.60.
