Description of key information

Bioaccumulation: aquatic/sediment: Weight of evidence: results from different independent sources leading to the conclusion that the BCF is lower than 2000 (values between 354.3 and 1290).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Weight of evidence: results from different independent sources such as peer reviewed secondary sources and EPI Suite estimations. Experimental BCF values of 432 -922 and 606 -1290 were measured in fish for Camphene at concentrations of 15 and 1.5 µg/L, respectively. Using EPI Suite, BCF was 354.3 (log BCF from regression-based method = 2.549).
