Materials and methods

Principles of method if other than guideline:
QSAR prediction by Danish EPA: Multicase model A33 (QPRF document is attached).

Multicase model A33: consists of chemicals reported to be able to induce acute dermatitis in humans and/or guinea pigs. The system includes more than 30 QSARs covering from 3 to 150 molecules with average r2 approximately of 0.8. The expert system yields a predictivity of 84% (Rosenkranz et al. 1999).
