The log BCF of n-hexyl acetate was estimated to be 1.844 (BCF= 70 L/kg wet-wt)

The bioconcentration factor of n-hexyl acetate was estimated by QSAR. The QSAR was carried out using BCFBAF v3.01 and a measured log Kow value of 3.3 (Rudio, 1996). The following equation was used:
log BCF= 0.6598 log Kow - 0.333 + correction
No correction factor was calculated by BCFBAF v3.01 for this class of molecule. The log BCF was estimated to be 1.844 (BCF = 70 L/kg wet-wt).
