Data are available for members of this category with between 6 and 18 carbon atoms. Data are also available for an alpha olefin with a carbon range of C20 - 22. There is a clear trend of decreasing vapour pressure with increasing carbon number. We can therefore conclude that the vapour pressure of hexacos-1-ene is <0.0000889 hPa based on read across from octadec-1-ene (Zwolinski and Wilhoit, 1971).
