Additional information

The flammability of DIMAPDO was investigated in a study conducted according to EU-Method A.10. In a preliminary test, the test item did not propagate combustion either by burning with flame or smouldering along 200 mm of the powder train within the 10 minutes test period. Therefore, according to the guideline, the main test was not necessary.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Based on the results, the test substance is not a highly flammable solid in the sense of the consolidated version of Council Directive 67/548/EEC, Annex V, Method A.10 (Council Directive 92/69/EEC).
