Executive summary:

INTRODUCTION.

The flash point of the test item has been determined. The method employed was designed to be with compatible Commission Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 of 30 May 2008, Part A: Methods for the determination of physico-chemical properties.

METHOD.

The flash point was determined using a closed cup equilibrium method, designed to be compatible with Method A9 Flash Point of Commission Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 of 30 May 2008.

RESULT.

Corrected flash point                      =          159.084ºC

CONCLUSION.

The flash point of the test item was determined to be 159 ± 2°C.
