Conclusions:
The OECD harmonized ring method was used for the determination of the surface tension of Chloracetessigester. The surface tension of a test solution at a concentration of 1 g/l in water and at 20°C was 69.4 mN/m. According to this, the test substance is considered not to be surface active.
