Conclusions:
A study was performed according to OECD guideline 116 and in compliance with GLP. The fat solubility of the test substance was less than 0.003 mg in 100 g fat at 37 °C, which is the detection limit of the lowest calibration standard.
Executive summary:

A study was performed to determine the fat solubility of the substance Reactive Navy FC63805. Mixtures of the test substance and fat were stirred for different times (3 or 27 h) and at different temperatures (30, 50 and 37 °C). The saturated liqiud phase was separated from the undissolved test substance by filtration, mixed with hexane and extracted three times with water. The aqueous phases were combined and UV/Vis absorption spectra were recorded between 200 and 800 nm. The test substance showed fat solubility of < 0.003 mg in 100 g fat at 37 °C (i.e. below the detection limit).
