Executive summary:

The water solubility of the test substance was measured by HPLC in accordance with EU method A.6 and in compliance with GLP. The concentration of the substance was determined by comparison of HPLC peak area with an external standard.

The water solubility was determined to 624 g/l and corrected for the purity of 70 %, resulting in definitive solubility of 437 g/l (RSD: 0.5 %).

Description of key information

A study was performed to determine the water solubility of the test substance Reactive Navy FC63805 following EU method A.6 and in compliance with GLP, using the flask method and HPLC.
