Results and discussion

Flammable solids
Test procedure:
burning rate test: preliminary screening test
Burning time:
> 4 min

Any other information on results incl. tables

In the preliminary screening test, the substance was seen to burn in a time > 4 minutes and accordingly no further testing is required.

Initially the sample melted to a black/brown liquid which ignited producing a medium orange flame which did not spread along the sample.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
The preliminary screening test conducted as part of EC Method A.10 indicated that the test substance was not considered to be highly flammable.
