Justification for classification or non-classification
Test A10 (flammability solids) is techncially not possble to conduct as the substance is a liquid at room temperature.
Experience in use and handling shows that the substance is not flammable in contact with air and does not produce a flammable gas in contact with water. The substance does not burn on application of an ignition source.
Classification for aerosol flame extension/projection is not warranted as the substance is not manufactured or used in aerosol form.
EP-4000S does not meet the clasification criteria for flammability as the flash point is higher than 60ºC (refer to dossier section 4.11).
