2,5,7,10 -tetraoxaundecane is not a PBT substance according to the following screening criteria for Persistency, Bioaccumulation, and Toxicity in PBT assessment guidance from ECHA (2011).
The substance is not considered to fulfil the P as whereas it is not ready biodegradable, it is not persistent in a simulation testing on ultimate degradation in surface water QSAR, the PBT/vPvB assessment is continued by evaluation of the B/vB criterion. With a log Kow < 4.5,
2,5,7,10 -tetraoxaundecane is not identified as B or vB. The T /vT criteron is not met with a short-term aquatic EC50 or LC50> 0.1 mg/L.
