Description of key information

Daphnia Magna was exposed under static conditions for 48 h to 7 concentrations of 3-Morpholinone, 4-(4-aminophenyl)-. The highest test concentration resulting in 0 % immobilisation was 1.6 mg/l and the lowest resulting in 100 % immobilisation was 25 mg/l after 48 hrs. The results are expressed in terms of nominal concentrations. Recovery rates ranged from 101.6 - 109.0% of nominal values at 0 hours, and from 101.9 - 105.5% of nominal values at 48 hours, respectively. The EC50 of the test substance in this Daphnia study could be determined at 5.2 mg/L after 48 h.
