Additional information

The melting behaviour of the test item cycl. Glucamide C12-C14 was determined by the pour point method in a study according to guideline OECD 102.

The test item has a melting point of 39 + 3 °C.

The DSC test shows two ambiguous endothermic melting peaks in the -20 to 50 °C region. As at ambient conditions the sample is solid the lower peak is not considered as melting peak. The pour point method was used instead to determine the melting point.
