Justification for classification or non-classification

Experiments and general experience has shown that saturated perfluorocarbons remain unchanged even after many years stored in normal conditions. Experiments involving heating representative saturated perfluorocarbons at temperatures between 300°C and 500°C in a Nimonic autoclave for at least 2 days and up to a few weeks has shown that they are stable up to around 400°C.
