Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
According to the published data aquired by QSAR Toolbox 4.5 SP1 from database Genotoxicity OASIS, Divizion of Genetic and Mutagenesis, National Institute of Health Science, Japan. ANEI-HOU, AMES/ QSAR International Collaborative Study shows that Ethyl 2-amino-4-methyl-5-(4-nitrophenyl)thiophene-3-carboxylate may have mutagenic potential.
