toxicity to terrestrial plants: short-term
Data waiving:
study scientifically not necessary / other information available
Justification for data waiving:
Justification for type of information:
According to column 2 of Annex IX of REACH which states "In the absence of toxicity data for soil organisms, the equilibrium partitioning method may be applied to assess the hazard to soil organisms". The equilibrium partitioning method is applied within the Endpoint Summary 6 'Ecotoxicological Information' to obtain the PNEC, instead of performing a test. The test item has a low potential to adsorb to soil.

Description of key information

The terrestrial toxicity is estimated by the equilibrium partitioning method from the aquatic toxicity.
