According to column 2 of Annex VII of the REACH-Regulation testing does not need to be conducted if
there are no chemical groups associated with explosive properties present in the molecule. Phenylphosphonic dichloride
does not contain any structural alerts associated with explosive properties as listed in:
“Recommendations on the TRANSPORT OF DANGEROUS GOODS, Manual of Tests and Criteria”,
United Nations, Appendix VI, table A6.1 (2009).
Therefore testing is not required.
