The flammability of the test material was investigated in accordance with the standardised guideline EU Method A.10, under GLP conditions. The study was awarded a reliability score of 1 in accordance with the criteria set forth by Klimisch et al. (1997).
In the preliminary test, the test material sample discoloured to black, then ignited with a small, localised, orange flame which extinguished on removal of the ignition source. As the sample only briefly ignited during the preliminary test, no further testing was required.

Justification for classification or non-classification
In accordance with the criteria for classification as defined in Annex I, Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, the substance does not require classification with respect to flammability.
