Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
other: Not classified
Conclusions:
The lethal concentration (LD50) value for acute oral toxicity test was considered to be >5000 mg/kg bw, when rats were treated with 4,4'-(1E,1'E)-(3,3'-dichlorobiphenyl-4,4'-diyl)bis(diazene-2,1-diyl)bis(3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one) (3520-72-7) via oral route.
Executive summary:

Acute oral toxicity study was conducted using test material 4,4'-(1E,1'E)-(3,3'-dichlorobiphenyl-4,4'-diyl)bis(diazene-2,1-diyl)bis(3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one) (3520-72-7) in rats at the concentration of 5000 mg/kg bw. No Mortality was observed at dose 5000 mg/kg bw. Hence, LD50 value was considered to be >5000 mg/kg bw, when rats were treated with 4,4'-(1E,1'E)-(3,3'-dichlorobiphenyl-4,4'-diyl)bis(diazene-2,1-diyl)bis(3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one) via oral route.
