Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The acute toxicity towards aquatic invertebrates was assessed in a GLP study conducted according to OECD guideline 202. The test was conducted as limit test and the Daphnia were exposed to the test item in a semi-static procedure at a nominal concentration of 100 mg/L. An analytical evaluation of the saturated solution and the control was not carried out because the water solubility of the test item is below the analytical limit of quantification. Nevertheless it was ensured that a saturated solution was tested. No effects could be observed at the saturated solution. The EL10 and EL50 are above the saturated solution.
