- This waiver is written as it is expected that the low t-DCE concentrations used for dosing the cells for in vitro dermal sensitization study will evaporate before completion of the study. This waiver estimates the potential of t-DCE to evaporate during the in vitro dermal sensitization study and compares the evaporation potential over the study time to amount of t-DCE put into the wells of 96-well plate (dose).
