Description of key information

A study on terrestrial plants according to the TG OECD 208 and GLP was conducted on the registered test item. The objective of the test is to evaluate the effects of the test item on the seedling emergence and early growth of 6 higher terrestrial plant species. Endpoints measured are visual assessment of seedling emergence, fresh and dry shoot weight, as well as an assessment of visible detrimental effects on different parts of the plant (phytotoxicity). Based on growth (fresh and dry weight observed on Mustard and also on cucumber) the NOEC is considered to be equal to 111.1 mg test item/kg soil dry weight.

Key value for chemical safety assessment
