First-aid measures
GENERAL ADVICE:
In case of doubt or persistent symptoms, consult always a physician. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.
Medical personnel should be made aware of substance(s) involved and take measures for self protection. Do not breathe dust.
EYE CONTACT :
Immediately flush eyes with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes.
Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
SKIN CONTACT :
take off immediately all contaminated clothing, and wash immediately with plenty of water and soap.
If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention.
INHALATION :
Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor.
Respiratory arrest: artificial respiration or oxygen. Do not breathe dust. Do not give mouth-to-mouth resuscitation if victim ingested or inhaled the substance.
Induce artificial respiration with mask fitted with one-way valve or other suitable device but not mouth-to-mouth
INGESTION :
Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Rinse mouth out with water. Drink plenty of water.
Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Fire-fighting measures
SUITABLE EXTINGUISHING MEDIA :
Dry chemical, CO2, or water spray or regular foam.
EXTINGUISHING MEDIA WHICH MUST NOT BE USED FOR SAFETY REASONS :
No known.
SPECIAL EXPOSURE HAZARDS ARISING FROM THE SUBSTANCE OR PREPARATION ITSELF, COMBUSTION PRODUCTS, RESULTING GASES :
May cause sensitisation by skin contact.
Hazardous decomposition products in case of fire:Toxic fumes may be released. Carbon dioxide. Carbon monoxide. Nitrogen oxides.
ADVICE FOR FIRE FIGHTERS
Do not attempt to take action without suitable protective equipment. Self-contained breathing apparatus. Complete protective clothing.
Accidental release measures
PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS :
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, safety glasses, protective clothing) (refer to "Exposure controls and Personal Protection" section, below) during clean up.
Do not breathe dust. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Provide adequate ventilation.
ENVIRONMENTAL PRECAUTIONS :
Avoid release to the environment.
METHODS FOR CLEAN UP :
Stop leaks if it can be done without personal risk.
Take up mechanically (sweeping, shovelling) and collect in suitable container for disposal.
Dispose of materials or solid residues at an authorized site.
Handling and storage
HANDLING
Provide sufficient air exchange and/or exhaust. Avoid dust formation. Avoid breathing dust. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Wear personal protective equipment (refer to "Exposure controls and Personal Protection" section, below) under ventilation.
Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety procedures. Contaminated work clothing should not be allowed out of the workplace. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Always wash hands after handling the product
STORAGE
Store locked up. Store in a well-ventilated place.
Keep container tightly closed. Keep cool. Keep out of reach of children.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Technical protection measures:
Mechanical ventilation is recommended. Minimise exposure by partial enclosure of the operation or equipment and provide extract ventilation at openings.
Hand protection:
Suitable chemical resistant safety gloves (EN 374) also with prolonged, direct contact (Recommended: Protective index 6, corresponding > 480 minutes of permeation time according to EN 374): e.g. nitrile rubber (>=0.4 mm), butyl rubber (>=0.7 mm) and others. Choosing the proper glove is a decision that depends not only on the type of material, but also on other quality features, which differ for each manufacturer. The exact break through time has to be found out by the manufacturer of the protective gloves and has to be observed. Gloves must be replaced after each use and whenever signs of wear or perforation appear.
Skin and body protection:
Wear suitable protective clothing. Standard. EN ISO 13982
Eye protection:
Wear eye glasses with side protection according to EN 166.
Respiratory protection:
No respiratory protection needed under normal use conditions. If the occupational exposure limit is exceeded an appropriate respirator compliant with EN 149 facemask with protection rating FFP3 (APF20) and EN 143 filter class 3 (high efficiency) is required.
Stability and reactivity
Reactivity :
The product is non-reactive under normal conditions of use, storage and transport.
Chemical stability :
Stable under normal conditions.
Possibility of hazardous reactions :
No dangerous reactions known under normal conditions of use.
Conditions to avoid:
Do not expose to heat.
Incompatible materials :
Strong oxidizing agents.
Hazardous decomposition products:
Under normal conditions of storage and use, hazardous decomposition products should not be produced. Carbon monoxide. nitrogen oxides.
Disposal considerations
Waste treatment methods:
Disposal must be done according to official regulations.
Dispose of contents/container in accordance with licensed collector’s sorting instructions.
Do not dispose of with household waste. Do not allow to enter drains.
European List of Waste (LoW) code:
According to EAKV, allocation of waste identity numbers/waste descriptions must be carried out in a specific way for every industry and process.
List of hazardous waste codes (from Commission Decision 2000/532/EC as amended)
