Additional information

The toxicity of 1 -Ethylpiperidine (CAS 766 -09 -6) to the test organism Daphnia magna STRAUS tested according the OECD Guideline 202 (Daphnia sp. Acute Immobilisation Test). The test item concentrations were analytically verified. The obtained EC50 (48 hr) as well as EC50(24 hr) was >100  mg/L (measured; Bayer, 2006; study no.: 2006/0006/08).

Based on the lowest available effect value [EC50 (48 h) = >100 mg/L] the substance is with high probability acutely not harmful to aquatic organisms.
