Endpoint:
vapour pressure
Type of information:
experimental study
Adequacy of study:
key study
Study period:
1989
Reliability:
1 (reliable without restriction)
Rationale for reliability incl. deficiencies:
guideline study
Qualifier:
according to guideline
Guideline:
EU Method A.4 (Vapour Pressure)
GLP compliance:
yes
Type of method:
static method
Key result
Test no.:
#1
Temp.:
ca. 25 °C
Vapour pressure:
ca. 7 Pa
Conclusions:
The vapour pressure of O-Methylisourea sulphate is 7.4 Pa at 25°C
Executive summary:

The vapour pressure of O-Methylisourea sullphate was determined to be 7.4 +/- 0.7 Pa at 25°C, using the static technique.

In case the last measurements were extrapolated to 25°C, an estimation for the upper limit of the vapour pressure of the pure compound could be made. The upper limit of the vapour pressure for the pure compound i.e. O-Methylisourea sulphate was estimated to be 0.3 +/- 0.1 Pa at 25°C

Description of key information

The vapour pressure of O-Methylisourea sulphate is 7.4 pa at 25°C

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
7.4 Pa
at the temperature of:
25 °C
