Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Executive summary:

In the non-GLP Klimisch 2 study from Noack (1990), the respiration inhibition of ETCA (purity 99.9%) was determined according to OECD 209. The EC10 was 500 mg/L, the EC50 was > 1000 mg/L.

The results of this study are considered reliable and relevant for the risk assessment.
