Mechanical Sensitivity (shock): One of the tests with the 10 kg weight produced what looked like a carbon deposit, although no audible reaction was heard, nor were there any lingering fumes. This was not thought to represent a positive result, but extended testing with the 5 kg weight was performed as a precaution, all of which were negative.

Mechanical Sensitivity (friction): No visible or audible reaction was recorded.

 

Thermal Sensitivity (effect of a flame): There was no deformation to any of the tubes, but the test substance ignited.
