Description of key information
Viscosities of the two liquid constituents are: 16.1 (@20C) and 30 mPas(@25C) respectively. A measured value of 292mPas at 50C is available for one composition of the substance in question and 45-50mPas for another, which demonstrates that the viscosity changes considerably depending on the amount of sodium acetate present.

The substance is a solution of a salt in organic liquids. The viscosity of the mixture is in the range 50 -300mPas at 20 and 50 degC respectively, depending on the composition.
