Remarks on result:
negative (not further specified)
Conclusions:
HEAA was not explosive.

Description of key information

A Koenen test apparatus was used for determination of sensitivity to heat (flame) and a fall hammer for determination of sensitivity to shock. The thermal test and the shock test both gave negative results.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Explosiveness:
non explosive

Additional information

Justification for classification or non-classification

Not classified as the thermal and shock test both gave negative results.
