The results of the main study on the determination of the flash-point of the test item are given in Table 4.

The difference between the results obtained with the Test 1 and Test 2 was≤2°C. From this, it was concluded that the flash-point of the test item is the lowest flash-point obtained.

Description of key information

The flash point (EC A.9) of Reaction Mass of 1-isopropyl-2,2 dimethyltrimethylene diisobutyrate and 3-benzoyloxy-2,2,4-trimethyl pentyl isobutyrate and 2,2,4-trimethylpentane-1,3-diyl dibenzoate was 163°C.
