First-aid measures

General information: During our productional practice there has been no need of first aid due to any reason caused by the substance.
After inhalation: Move the affected person to fresh air.If breathing becomes irregular or ceases, apply mouthtomouth resuscitation or artifical respiration immediately. Get medical attention.
After skin contact: Immediately remove contaminated clothing, wash off the skin with plenty of water.
After eye contact: Rinse the eyes with water for several minutes with eyelids open wide. Having rinsed the eyes, obtain ophthalmologic attention as soon as possible.
After swallowing: Wash out the mouth with plenty of water, give plenty of water to drink, then obtain medical attenton immediately.
Information for doctor The physician must be informed on the time, type and extent of exposure. If needed, show the safety data sheet to the physician.
Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed No information are available for health effects of occupational exposure.
Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed Treat symtomatically. No specific information is available.

Fire-fighting measures

Extinguishing media: Suitable extinguishing media: Available extinguishing media: carbon dioxid, foam, extinguishing powder, water spray.
Unsuitable extinguishing media: Full waterjet are not suitable for extinguishing.
Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture: Substance is combustible. Combustion products: nitrogenoxides, carbonmonoxide/dioxide.
Advice for firefighters: Outdoors stay on the weatherside and extinguish from there. In closed places, and in case of wreck, wear fireproof working clothes and use selfcontained breathing apparatus.
Other information: Class of flammability hazard (according to Hungarian decree): B (flammable and explosive)

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures: Only the trained personnel in charge of release is allowed to be present at the site of spilling, wearing the prescribed protective equipments.
Environmental precautions: Hinder the spilled substance from entering the soil, sewers or living water.
Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: Collect spilt substance aspiring to the lowest possible dustlevel. Put the collected substance into adequately labelled empties and transport them to the site of disposal, then wash the contaminated area with plenty of water.

Handling and storage

Precautions for safe handling: Take off contaminated clothing avoiding contamination of skin.
It is necessary to wash a hand and a face with water and a soap after the work made with the substance.
Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities: Store it in a wellventilated, cool, dry place.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Appropriate engineering controls Hinder substance from entering the workplace.
If it is inevitable, ensure mechanical exhaust ventilation /general and local as well
Individual protection measures / personal protective equipment:
The personal protective equipment for the working process are determined by internal standards.
Eye/face protection: Wear closed protection glasses.
Skin protection: Closed protective clothing against particulate matter.
Hand protection: Protective gloves made of nitrile.
Respiratory protection: Dust mask with P2 or other filter cartridge which provides higher protection.
Environmental exposure controls In case of proper handling and using no environmental damage may be expected.

Stability and reactivity

Reactivity: The material is reactive.
Chemical stability: Stable under normal circumstances.
Possibility of hazardous reactions: Danger of electrostatic charge.
May react with substance in 10.5 incompantibility.
Conditions to avoid: Sensitive to the following physical effects: intense heat.
Incompatible materials: strong mineral acids, strong basics, strong oxidisers

Disposal considerations

Waste treatment methods: Suggestions for disposal procedures of the substance/product:
Incineration in a special waste incineration plant.
Nitrogen content of the substance should be considered when incinerated.
Suggestions for disposal procedures of contaminated packaging (vessels):
Flammable empties must be incinerated in waste increation plant, in compliance with local regulations.
