The substance intended to registered is a solid, cf. chapter 4.1.
According to ECHA Guidance on information requirements and Chemical Safety Assessment Chapter R.7a: Endpoint specific guidance, Version 2.4 February 2014, chapter R.7.1.18.4 "Viscosity: Adaption of the standard testing regime", it is stated that within the REACH Regulation requirements testing of viscosity is only of interest for liquid substances. (...) Testing should always be considered if none of the waiving possibilities applies. But the testing is technically not possible if the substance is a solid (cf. p. 155-156).
