* Because the results are given without decimals, the atmospheric pressure correction was not neccessary.

Summing up it can be said, that the test substance C-Quart has an exact boiling point. The measured value is only valid for the available concentration of the test substance. The boiling point stems from the boiling of the water which is a major component (43%; m/m) of the test substance. The precission of the DSC measurement is specified in the guideline to be ± 0.5°C. This precission is only valid for pure test substances but not for mixtures. Nevertheless it is added to the result of this study.

Conclusions:
The boiling point of the test item is 109 °C.
