The purpose of the study was to evaluate the partition coefficient of Tosylfuranosid between n-octanol and water (log POW). The partition coefficient provides a rational basis for the assessment of the potential bioaccumulation of the test item.
The partition coefficient of Tosylfuranosid was determined to be log POW = 1.4 using the flask shaking method.
