- Short-term toxicity ot aquatic invertebrates: Key study. OECD 202 and EU method C.2. GLP study.The 48h-EC50 of the test item in Daphnia magna was 16.75 mg/L (measured) and the NOEC was 7.02 mg/L (measured), both based on mobility.

- Short-term toxicity ot aquatic algae and cyanobacteria: Key study. OECD 201 and EU method C.3. GLP study.The 72h-EC50 of the test item in green algae Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata was found to be 7.49 mg/L and the NOEC was determined to be 3.3 mg/L, both based on growth rate.

Conclusion on classification

Based on available data, the 48h-EC50 in Daphnia magna is 16.75 mg/L, and since the substance is not readily biodegradable with a Log Kow <4, the substance is classified for Aquatic Chronic Category 3, H412, according to CLP Regulation (EC) no. 1272/2008.
