Test solutions

Vehicle:
no
Details on test solutions:
PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
The test substance was homogenized by shaking the container before use. Each test solution was prepared separately (differential loading) by directly adding test substance to test medium. For each concentration, the test substance was pipetted into a 1 L volumetric flask and filled to the mark with test medium. The solution was stirred for approximately 10 min at 20 ± 2 °C. The solutions were checked visually to ensure that the test substance is completely dissolved.
The volume of the test substance required for preparation of each nominal concentration was calculated from the density.
