Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Two valid toxicokinetic studies (uptake, distribution, metabolisation and excretion) in rats of the substance according to OECD 417 are available. The uptake rate via the gastrointestinal tract was 0.73 and 0.06 % of the initial test substance concentration, respectively, clearly indicating a low potential for accumulation. Additionally, the high molecular diameter of 2.14 nm and the very low water solubility (< 30 ng/L) further indicates the low accumulation potential of the substance due to its limited bioavailability.
