"In conclusion, the LD50 of the test item GS-459990 is higher than 300 mg/kg and lower than 2000mg/kg body weight by oral route in the rat.
According to the criteria for classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances and preparations in accordance with the E.E.C. Directives 67/548, 2001/59 and 99/45, the test item GS-459990 must be classified R22 “Harmful if swallowed”. The item must be characterised by the symbol “Xn” and the warning label “Harmful”.
In accordance with the Regulation EC No. 1272/2008, the test item must be classified in category 4. The signal word “Warning” and hazard statement H302 “Harmful if swallowed” are required.
