Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove patient to fresh air. Symptomatic treatment.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse immediately. If irritation develops, seek medical
attention.

medical attention.

Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Water spray, carbon dioxide or dry powder may be used.
Product arising from burning: Products of combustion may contain oxides of carbon and
nitrogen with hydrogen chloride gas and some soot.

Protective equipment: A self-contained breathing apparatus and full protective
clothing should be worn.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Wear suitable protective clohing, see 2.3.1.
Sweep or scoop up spill and dispose of by incineration at a
suitable facility. Clean site thoroughly.
Handling and storage
Handling: Observe the usual precautions for handling organic
chemicals. Protective clothing and safety glasses should be
worn. For prolonged or repeated exposure gloves should be
worn. Ensure adequate ventilation, e.g. use local exhaust
ventilation or use an approved dust respirator.
Storage: Store in sealed containers in a cool place away from strong
oxidisers.
