In the Key Study performed in 2012 at IPW-CM, using the 2012 EPISuite model (Report no. 2012 -0428 -DKB), the BTDA Koc was estimated at 307.2 L/Kg and the Log Kow was estimated at 3.30.
In the Supporting Study (Report no. 2012 -0426 -DKB): The substance BTDA will not dissociate in water. Therefore, estimation of log Koc in dependence of the pH is not possible.
In the IPW-CM estimation calculation, the Koc is calculated using the following equation:
logKoc= 0.554 x log P + 1.377 where the log P value was determined to be 1.72 (for the neutral form).Log(Koc) for neutral form: 2.31 ± 1.00
