Conclusions:
Seedling emergence test: There were no statistically significant adverse effects on persent seedling emergence as compared to the controls for any species tested. Sugar beet was the most sensitive species tested with an ER50 value of 74.1 g a.i./ha

Vegetative vigour test: Buckwheat was the most sensitive species tested with an ER50 value of 8.8 g a.i./ha
Executive summary:

In a non-target plant study with amicarbazone, lowest ER50 values of 74.1 g a.i./ha (sugar beet) and 8.8 g a.i./ha (buckwheat) were obtained for seedling emergence and vegetative vigour, respectively.
