The flash point has been determined in compliance with EC A9 method (2008),ISO standard 3679 (September 2004) and GLP.
The test item was not heated before introduction into the apparatus container as specified in ISO Standard 3679 (September 2004). This deviation was not considered to have affected the quality or the interpretation of the results obtained.
The test item is placed in a container which is gradually heated until the concentration of the vapour in air is sufficiently high to produce a flammable mixture which could be ignited.The flash point of the test item was 98.5 ±0.5 °Cat standard pressure (101.3kPa).
