The test substance is almost insoluble in water and has also very low solubility in organic solvents for mobile phase used in the HPLC method. Thus, an experimental determination of the log P by the flask method or by the HPLC method are not possible.
The log Pow has to estimated based on the individual solubilities in n-octanol and in water and the individual solubilities were determined by the flask method according to OECD Guideline 105.
