Preparative method:
- First concentration group: 0.8 g test substance dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide was added dropwise to 8 L deionized water to prepare a stock solution of 100 mg/L.
- Second concentration group: 0.08 g test substance dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide was added dropwise to 0.8 L deionized water to prepare a stock solution of 100 mg/L.
- Control: 80 mg Methyl sulfoxide was dissolved in deionized water.
